Recital - From Darkness into Light
Elizabeth will be joining Sir John Thomlinson, Susannah Stranders and the cast of Il Tabarro for a recital in Oborn, Dorset following their performance of Puccini’s one act opera the night before.

Gounod Requiem - mezzo solo
Elizabeth makes another oratorio debut this month, singing the mezzo solos in Gounod’s requiem.

Elizabeth will sing the mezzo solos in her first Verdi Requiem, alongside The London Dockland Singers & The Marcel Orchestra in the beautiful Southwark Cathedral. Conducted by Andrew Campling.

Phaedra - a Film
Elizabeth is hugely excited to be collaborating with Keith Warner and film-maker, Alisdair Kitchen to create a film of Benjamin Britten’s masterpiece, Phaedra. She will be playing the role of Phaedra in this film, will be joined by Sir John Tomlinson who will play Theseus, Nicholas Armfield who will play Hippolytus and Elizabeth Desbruslais who will play a young Phaedra. Jack Ridley will conduct the Glyndebourne Orchestra in the films soundtrack.
The film was supported by the Amar-Franses & Foster-Jenkins Trust, with kind additional support from Glyndebourne and the Royal Opera House.

BBC Proms - Dialogues des Carmélites
Elizabeth will be performing Dialogues des Carmélites in the Glyndebourne Prom, as part of the BBC Proms 2023.

Carmen - Waterperry Opera Festival 2023
Elizabeth is excited to be joining the vibrant Waterperry Opera Festival this summer as part of their 5th year anniversary celebration.
Elizabeth will be debuting the role of Mercedes in a new production of Bizet’s Carmen, directed by Anna Morrissey and conducted by Bertie Baigent.

Glyndebourne - Dialogues des Carmélites
Elizabeth will be back at the Glyndebourne Festival this summer to work on Barry Kosky’s highly anticipated new production of Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites, conducted by Robin Ticciati.

English National Opera - The Dead City (Die tote Stadt)
Elizabeth will be returning to The English National Opera to cover the role of Lucienne in a new production of Korngold’s The Dead City by ENO’s artistic director Annilese Miskimmon, conducted by Kirill Karabits.

Glyndebourne Festival 2022
Elizabeth will return to Glyndebourne this summer, for the 2022 festival, where she will be singing the role of second Bridesmaid in Le nozze di Figaro, and covering the role of A Woman in Les Mamelles de Tirésias.
She will also be performing in the highly anticipated new production of Ethel Smyth’s The Wreckers, a revival of the popular Glyndebourne production of Don Pasquale, and a brand new production of La bohéme.

Royal Opera House
Elizabeth is hugely privileged to be back at the Royal Opera House working directly with composer Mark Anthony Turnage and director Richard Jones, to continue to workshop a brand new piece that has been commissioned for the main stage by The Royal Opera House team.

Sophie by Helen Caddick
Composer Helen Caddick has created a new opera inspired by the extraordinary Dancer/Artist Sophie Taeuber Arp, her relationship with the poet/artist Jean Arp and the struggles she faced as a female artist. Elizabeth is hugely excited to be performing and creating the role of Sophie in this piece for the Tete A Tete Opera Festival in collaboration with Mahogany Opera in August, at the Cock Pit Theatre, London. 7th August at 7pm. King Lear - Cordelia
Elizabeth will be making her acting debut as Cordelia in Keith Warner’s new production of King Lear. She will be taking over the role of Cordelia for a series of European performances, after understudying Louise Alder at The Grange Festival, UK.
Sir John Tomlinson will lead the cast as Lear alongside Sir Thomas Allen (Gloucester), Kim Begley (Fool), Peter Coleman Wright (Kent), Susan Bullock (Goneril), Emma Bell (Regan) and many other leading opera singer/actors.

Opera North
Elizabeth will be performing an excerpt from Idomeneo alongside the orchestra and creative teams at Opera North. After performing in Leeds she will be performing on stage at ENO’s London Coliseum.

Vopera - The virtual opera project
Elizabeth is so excited to be part of Vopera’s inaugural virtual production of Ravel’s L'Enfant et les Sortilèges. She will be singing the role of Un Pâtre in this production with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. This will be her first step back into the professional world of opera since the outbreak of covid-19, and she cannot wait to get back to singing again.
